Open Recommendations Dashboard

Beta This is a new resource.

The Office of the Inspector General (OIG) is an independent office within the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) dedicated to promoting accountability and transparency both within and outside of the agency. The OIG’s mission is to provide independent and objective oversight of OPM programs and operations by conducting audits, investigations, and evaluations. The OIG provides recommendations to help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of all OPM’s programs and operations. This Open Recommendations Dashboard provides more information than ever before about the status of OIG recommendations.

For more information, see our glossary of terms and FAQs.

Additional Open Recommendation Resources:

OPM OIG launched the Open Recommendations Dashboard on December 1, 2023. We will continue updating the information on a monthly basis. However, the Open Recommendations Dashboard does not include recommendations closed prior to November 2021.
